Maiora, a well-known Italian yacht builder and part of the Next Yacht Group, has just launched the eighth unit of its popular Maiora 30 yacht line. The launch took place on March 25, 2025, in the coastal city of Viareggio, a hub for luxury yacht manufacturing.
At the same time, the shipyard announced the sale of the ninth unit of the Maiora 30, which is already under construction. This news highlights the strong demand for the model and the continued success of the 30-meter yacht in today’s market.
The Maiora 30 has become one of the most successful models produced by the shipyard. Known for its stylish design and smart engineering, the yacht offers both luxury and functionality. It has almost 200 gross tons (GT) of internal volume, giving it more space than most yachts in its class. Its wide beam, or width, adds to the open and spacious feeling onboard.
One of the standout features of the Maiora 30 is its flybridge—an open area on the top deck. It covers about 110 square meters and is designed for relaxation and entertainment. This space can include sunbeds, a dining area, a bar, and even a Jacuzzi, depending on what the owner wants.
The outdoor areas have been thoughtfully designed. Thanks to the yacht’s flat and level surface from front to back, guests can walk across the entire deck without steps or obstacles. This creates a smooth, easy flow throughout the yacht and makes it more accessible for everyone onboard.

Like most luxury yachts, the Maiora 30 comes with plenty of fun extras. It has a garage on the side that holds a 6.25-meter Williams tender, which is a small boat used to reach shore or explore nearby areas. A second garage at the front stores a three-seater jet ski.
In the beach club area at the back of the yacht, there are two Seabobs—underwater scooters—stored neatly inside the sofas. More water toys are hidden in the upper section of the side garage, which can be accessed by lifting the beach stairway or using an electric hatch at the back of the yacht. These thoughtful storage solutions help keep everything organized while maximizing space.
After its launch, the eighth Maiora 30 yacht joined the other yachts from the Next Yacht Group at the Viareggio dock. It will undergo final outfitting and sea trials to make sure everything is working perfectly. The yacht is scheduled to be delivered to its new owner in spring 2025.
Meanwhile, the ninth unit—just sold—is currently being built and will soon follow in the footsteps of its sister ships.
