Polish yacht builder Conrad Shipyard has announced a significant milestone in the construction of its third C144S superyacht, Project Moonlight. The 44.3-meter vessel has officially moved to the outfitting stage, marking a key step toward her scheduled completion and delivery in July 2025.

Project Moonlight is the latest addition to Conrad’s C144S series, which includes the flagship Ace, delivered in 2022 as the largest superyacht ever built in Poland. Designed by Reymond Langton Design, with naval architecture by Diana Yacht Design, the C144S series has earned widespread acclaim for its distinctive straight-bow profile and seamless blend of modern aesthetics with timeless elegance.

Innovative Design and Collaboration

While the exterior of Project Moonlight shares the signature features of the C144S series, including panoramic windows, a beach club, and an infinity pool, her interior will showcase a unique, fresh design created by the renowned Italian studio Nauta Design. This bespoke interior concept was tailored to the vision of her Middle Eastern owner, who purchased the yacht in 2023 through Y.CO. SuperYachtsMonaco and Denison Yachting served as joint central agents for the sale, while Y.CO continues to oversee the build process and will manage the yacht upon delivery.

Mark Paterson, head of client services at Y.CO, expressed his enthusiasm for the project:“We are thrilled to have found the perfect yacht for our client, with whom we’ve worked for over a decade. Project Moonlight fulfills their vision of a vessel ideal for intimate family cruising, combined with exceptional build quality and timeless design.”

Built with a full-displacement steel hull and aluminium superstructure, Project Moonlight spans three decks and boasts an internal volume of 497 GT. Her 8.7-meter beam and 2.6-meter draft provide spacious interiors and exceptional stability.

Key features include:

  • An expansive beach club connected to the main deck lounge.
  • A sundeck with an infinity pool, bar, alfresco dining area, and sun pads.
  • A garage accommodating a 7-meter tender, two full-size Jet Skis, and several SeaBobs.
  • Luxurious accommodations for 10 guests in five cabins, including a panoramic owner’s suite and four VIP cabins.

The yacht is also equipped to house up to nine crew members across four double cabins, with the captain’s cabin strategically located near the bridge for optimal operations.

Powered by twin Caterpillar C18 diesel engines, Project Moonlight will reach a top speed of 13 knots and cruise comfortably at 11 knots. With a fuel capacity of 51,300 litres, she has a range of 4,000 nautical miles at an economical cruising speed of 10 knots.

In addition to Project Moonlight, Conrad Shipyard is working on its first-ever sailing yacht, a 42-meter flybridge performance model. This project represents the yard’s continued expansion and innovation in yacht design and construction.

With her strong build, sophisticated design, and family-friendly features, Project Moonlight promises to be a standout vessel in the luxury yacht market, underscoring Conrad Shipyard’s growing reputation as a premier yacht builder on the global stage.
